merchandise return policy: all software sales are final, hardware sales are returnable for a full refund within 2 weeks of purchase on unopened items only. a 15% restocking fee may be applied to opened items. shipping charges will not be refunded unless product is defective. damaged or scratched items will not be returned.

mail order: orders received through our online store before 3:00 pm will ship same day, otherwise orders will ship out the following business day. on backordered items the customer will be contacted with a best guess eta. credit card orders will not be charged until item shipment except on furniture and computer purchases.

shipping options: we ship via UPS unless an alternative method is requested. International shipments are through USPS.

international orders: for all international orders we require address verification in the form of a faxed or emailed image of a picture identification or passport, as well as a faxed or emailed image of a current credit statement with the address showing.
